International Orders

We are pleased to offer international shipping on all of Best Friend NYC pet supplies (this may exclude large third party items, such as dog houses). Place an order online with a credit card or through PayPal and all the applicable shipping charges will be displayed. A notification email will be sent to you once the order is processed.

International Shipping
Our standard shipping charges apply to all US and Canadian orders.  We will happily deliver you pet supplies to any international destination for an additional fee of $25 added to the standard USPS rate (please see standard shipping rates). Most orders arrive within standard 2 weeks time or less.

Best Friend NYC is not responsible for the loss or damage of packages once they are shipped out of our location to an international destination. In addition, customers are responsible for any customs charges, which are assessed by each individual country at the time of delivery. When ordering from outside of the US, please be sure to include a complete and correct mailing address.
