For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect state sales tax. All orders shipped to and within the United States are subject to state sales tax. Sales tax will be assessed on the total amount of the purchase, including shipping charges.

Gift Vouchers
If you received an instant Best Friend NYC Gift e-Voucher by email, you may redeem it on our website. Simply add your selections to the shopping cart and enter the voucher code (usually starts with GV#####) at the checkout. If you are having a difficulty redeeming your voucher or you have misplaced it and require assistance, please contact us at customercare@bestfriendnyc.com.

Gift Wrapping
We will gladly wrap your purchase in our custom gift packaging for an additional fee. Our gift packaging options vary depending on the materials availability and seasonal holidays. Please visit our "Gift Ideas" section of the online store, and add "Gift Wrapping" to your shopping cart as a separate item. You can also put "Gift Wrapping" in the search field in the top right corner of every webpage to look for the item. We often offer complimentary gift wrapping around major holidays.   

Money Order / Personal Check Order
We accept orders paid with a personal check or money order. Please contact us by email at customercare@bestfriendnyc.com with your selections and the best way to  reach you. A sales representative will contact you with the instructions and the exact amount. There is no extra charge for paying with a personal check or money order. Keep in mind that such orders will take additional time, as they are not shipped until the payment is received and cleared.

Phone / Email Orders
Unfortunately we do not accept orders by phone or email at this time. If you need advice, please feel free to reach us by email at customercare@bestfriednyc.com.  We will be happy to provide you with knowledgeable advice and recommendations for all of your pet needs.

Promotional Codes
If you have a promotional coupon or a code, it can be redeemed on Best Friend NYC website only. Please enter your code upon checkout in  the Shopping Cart area. Your total amount will update immediately reflecting the discount.
